Villa Sofia is located opposite Nissi Beach. It is within walking distance to a large number of 5 star hotels, as well as having lots of restaurants, bars & shops on its door step. Ayia Napa town centre and square, the new Ayia Napa Marina, the port and the waterpark are also all within walking distance from the villa.
Villa Sofia boasts up to four bedrooms, three bedrooms upstairs and one en-suite bedroom downstairs by the pool, (also ideal for elderly couples and referred to as the pool house).
The villa sits on a 500m2 plot with private 8 * 4 metre swimming pool and has been beautifully landscaped providing for a relaxed, gated and private surrounding. Sun beds are also provided and there is an outside shower to use before and after using the pool.
Villa Sofia has an open plan and modern feel. As you walk in, the lounge and dining area directly faces you, whilst the kitchen is located to the right. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all appliances, utensils and crockery, required for your stay. It also leads to the outdoor BBQ area complete with pergola for additional covered seating.
The lounge has a flat screen TV, bluetooth speakers that can connect directly to your phone, Super fast broadband and wireless internet and with satellite/Netflix channels. The lounge faces the pool & garden area and leads to some casual outdoor covered seating. There is also a guest wc and shower just off the lounge.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms which all share a family size bathroom comprising of three double beds, one in each room.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout on timer switches to avoid air conditioning being left on all day and caters for a maximum of eight persons. Six persons inside the villa itself and an additional two persons in the pool-house.
There are two balconies one at the front of the villa and one at the back overlooking the pool and gardens.
There is also private parking for one car inside the grounds as well as plenty of free parking on the road beside the villa.
